ADULT SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Working in groups of up to 4, you'll get the individualized attention you need to reach your goals at a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 training.   This is a great option for those new to exercise, those who find exercise intimidating, or  those who have injuries limiting participation in a larger group settings.  Jeremy will create an individualized program custom built to your needs and provide the attention to detail that ensures the best results.  Here's what's included:

Adult Small Group Classes

Our Small Group Classes are called Strength Academy which is evolving to offer targeted Upper Body, Lower Body, and Total Body workouts to help you achieve your fitness and health goals.
 

  • Upper Body Workouts:
    Focus on building strength in your arms, shoulders, back, and core to improve posture, increase daily functionality, and become more resistant injury. We track your weights to measure progress, ensuring you see results over time.

     

  • Lower Body Workouts:
    Strengthen your legs, hips, and glutes to support better balance, stability, and mobility. These workouts are essential to feel more athletic and maintain strong, pain-free joints as you age.

     

  • Total Body Workouts:
    Engage all major muscle groups to boost overall strength, endurance, and functional fitness. Ideal for those who want a comprehensive workout that supports overall health, reduces pain, and keeps you feeling youthful and active.

     

Each workout is adaptable for individuals with minor injuries or chronic pain, so you can train safely while still progressing toward your goals. Our approach helps you get stronger, decrease pain, and feel more athletic at any age

Elite High School Performance

A more personalized program of off-season athletes

With up to 5 days of training per week, it’s designed for serious athletes who want to transform during the off-season for a competitive edge:


•    4 days of strength training to build game-changing power and durability.


•    An optional speed, conditioning, and mobility day to refine explosiveness and athleticism.


•    Programs are customized to your sport and designed to help you peak for your season.

  • Program Details (grades 6-12)​

    • This program is 60 minutes.  

    • Train up to 5 sessions per week. Choose which times work best for your schedule. 

    • Class Days/Times:

      • M-F @ 3:15pm

      • M,W,F @ 4:30pm

      • Flexible scheduling.  Choose times that fit your schedule using the RHP app!

    • Cost: $219 per month​​.

      • Billed every 4 weeks​

Designed for middle school and high school athlete’s ages 12-18 to enhance the performance of maturing athletes.  Build a solid foundation of agility, coordination, speed, strength, and power.  Athletes are coached from start to finish.  This program provides instruction in linear acceleration, multi-direction speed, upper and lower body plyometrics, sport conditioning, strength, and injury prevention.  The program becomes progressively more challenging as the basic techniques are mastered.  You’re invited to come in for a FREE TRIAL  to see for yourself!  Start your training journey today to discover your potential!​​

  • Program Details (grades 6-12)​

    • This program is 60 minutes.  

    • Train 1-3 sessions per week. Choose which times work best for your schedule.  Sign up for classes using the RHP app!

      • 3:15pm or 4:30pm

      • Cost: $179 per month

Who's right for this program?

Why it's important?

This stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model is perfect for young athletes (ages 9-12) eager to refine their movement patterns, enhance coordination, and develop a strong foundation in sports. Whether your child is new to structured training or already showing promise in their chosen sport, this program provides the ideal environment to grow and excel.

During this stage of training young athletes are at a crucial point in their development. This is the time to build on fundamental skills, introducing more sport-specific training while maintaining a focus on overall athleticism. Our program emphasizes the importance of proper technique, balanced physical development, and fostering a love for movement, ensuring that your child builds a strong foundation for future athletic success.

  • Program Details (ages 9-12)​

    • This program is 45 minutes.  

    • Sign up for classes using the RHP app!

    • Class Days/Times:

      • Tuesday 4:30pm

      • Thursday 6:00pm

    • Cost:

      • 2x/week = $144

      • 1x/week = $80

      • Drop-in = $25

What's involved?

Each session is 45 minutes long, keeping the focus sharp and the energy high. Our coaches are experienced in working with youth athletes, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and guidance.

Training sessions are carefully designed to challenge and engage young athletes, promoting skill development and physical literacy. We cover a variety of activities, including:

  • Agility and coordination drills

  • Strength and endurance exercises appropriate for this age group

  • Basic movement pattern training (e.g., running, jumping, throwing)

  • Introduction to sport-specific skills in a fun, supportive environment

Return from Injury

At RHP, we are committed to helping you rewire your health and performance. Our Return From Injury program bridges the gap between physical therapy and full return to activity, providing the comprehensive care and support you need to move forward with confidence. 

 

We understand that the journey to full recovery doesn't end with physical therapy. Our Return From Injury program is designed specifically for youth athletes who have completed their initial rehabilitation but need comprehensive training to regain their peak performance and prevent re-injury.

Program Highlights:

  • Personalized Training Plans:
    These are 45 minute training sessions.  Each participant receives a customized training plan tailored to their specific injury, sport, and recovery goals. We'll work closely with you to ensure your plan evolves as you progress. We take into account your unique needs and circumstances, designing exercises and routines that will help you safely and effectively rebuild strength, flexibility, endurance, power, and speed to confidently return to the playing field.

     

  • Holistic Approach:
    We focus not only on physical rehabilitation but also on mental resilience and overall well-being. Our holistic approach ensures that you are not just physically ready to return to action, but mentally prepared as well. 

     

  • Progress Monitoring:
    Continuous assessment and monitoring of your progress help us adjust your training plan as needed, ensuring you are on the right track to a full recovery.

With a track record spanning more than a decade and a half, Jeremy has accumulated a wealth of practical knowledge in the fitness industry. He's worked with individuals of all fitness levels, helping them reach their goals in a sustainable and effective manner.

 

Jeremy's passion for training extends to the realm of youth athletics. His ability to connect with young athletes and inspire them to push their boundaries has resulted in notable improvements in performance, while also instilling life skills that extend far beyond the gym.

But there's more to Jeremy than just fitness expertise. When he's not in the gym, you'll find him embracing the chaos and joy of fatherhood with his three energetic boys. As a dad, Jeremy brings a sense of fun and adventure to his approach, infusing his sessions with contagious enthusiasm and laughter.
